You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, login credentials, files, and data. Any activity performed through your account is considered your responsibility. Illegal hosting/content is strictly prohibited including phishing, malware distribution, copyright infringement, DDoS attacks, and abuse. Hosting of illegal or restricted content may result in suspension or termination without refund.
Payments must be made in full before service activation. All billing cycles (monthly, quarterly, yearly) are charged accordingly. Failure to pay invoices may lead to temporary suspension or permanent termination of service.
We offer a 7-day refund policy only if there is a server-side issue or service failure caused by us. To be eligible, you must report the issue with proper evidence and allow our team time to resolve it. If unresolved, a refund will be issued. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, wrong purchase, domain registration, migration fees, software licenses, or add-ons.
You may cancel your service anytime via support or client panel. If you cancel without any valid issue from our side, no refund will be provided. Services terminated due to violation of terms or illegal activity are not eligible for refund.
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate our terms, engage in illegal or abusive activities, or fail to pay invoices on time.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
